ChipVat is hosting two events during San Francisco Tech Week. Both are free, both are small, and both are for people who build real hardware. RSVP by email and we'll send the address.
Event 01 · Demo + drinks
Processors sealed in carbon dioxide above its critical density, with no pump, compressor or chiller inside, and no network between the chips. We'll walk through the machine's engineering model live: change the vessel size, the pressure rating or the charge, and the whole machine re-solves on screen.
We'll cover the physics, the geometry that removes the network, and the parts that are still unsolved, including what it takes to site 1,100 kg of CO₂ safely. Drinks and conversation after.
Event 02 · Breakfast
A small breakfast for founders building physical products: pressure vessels, thermal systems, chips, robots. Bring the manufacturing problem that's blocking you. We'll bring ours, from ASME-coded vessels and copper-alloy brazing to single-crystal substrates with no second source.
No slides and no pitches. An honest table about what it costs to get a first article built. Coffee and food provided.
Venues are being confirmed. RSVP and we'll email you the address and any change of time.
